Terms of service
These terms apply to your use of Stale Work for Jira and Bulk Watchers for Jira (each "the app"), made by Poinciana Works LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). Each app is distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace, and your purchase and licence are also governed by Atlassian's Marketplace Terms of Use and the end user agreement shown on the app's Marketplace listing. If those conflict with these terms, the Marketplace documents apply.
1. Using the app
You may use the app on the Jira Cloud sites it is installed on, for your organisation's internal purposes. You must not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law or Atlassian's terms.
2. Pricing and payment
Each app is free for Jira sites with up to 10 users. Larger sites pay a subscription after any free trial, billed and collected by Atlassian at the price shown on the Marketplace listing. Refunds are handled under Atlassian's Marketplace refund policy. We may change prices for future billing periods, with notice through the Marketplace.
3. Your data
Your Jira data remains yours. Stale Work reads it only to display it to you. Bulk Watchers reads it to display it to you and changes watchers only when you confirm, acting as you. Neither app stores your work data or transmits it outside Atlassian, as described in our privacy policy.
4. Availability and changes
The app runs on Atlassian's platform, so its availability depends on Atlassian's services. We aim to keep it working and to fix reported problems promptly, and we may update or improve it at any time. We may discontinue the app with at least 90 days' notice to paying customers.
5. Warranty
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. The apps report on and change data in Jira only as you direct; decisions you make with them are your own.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Ending use
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access if these terms are breached. Sections 5, 6 and 8 continue after use ends.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and material changes take effect 30 days after posting.
