Privacy policy
Poinciana Works LLC ("we", "us") makes apps for Atlassian Jira Cloud: Stale Work for Jira and Bulk Watchers for Jira. This policy explains what the apps do with information. In short: they read your Jira data to do their job, store nothing about your work, and send nothing to us.
What the apps read
Stale Work reads work items from the Jira site it is installed on: keys, summaries, statuses, assignees, created dates, start dates, comment dates and status-change history.
Bulk Watchers reads work items and their watchers, and people's account IDs, names, avatars and group membership, so it can show and change watchers.
Each app reads only what the person using it is already allowed to see in Jira.
What the apps change
Stale Work changes nothing. Bulk Watchers adds or removes watchers on work items, only when a user confirms a preview, and only as that user, within their Jira permissions.
What the apps store
Stale Work stores only each gadget's settings (the projects or saved filter chosen, the threshold, the grouping and the rows per page), which Jira keeps on your own site. Bulk Watchers stores nothing: its list of recent changes exists only in the open browser page and is cleared when the page is closed or reloaded. Neither app keeps a copy of your work items, comments or user details.
Where processing happens
Entirely on Atlassian's Forge platform, inside Atlassian's infrastructure. The apps make no connections to any server outside Atlassian, and no data from your Jira site is sent to Poinciana Works LLC.
What we collect
Nothing through the apps. They use no cookies, analytics or tracking. We do not sell, rent or share data.
Licensing information
Atlassian tells each app whether your site has an active subscription. As a Marketplace partner we receive Atlassian's standard sales and licensing reports, which include your organisation's name, technical and billing contacts, and subscription details. We use this only to administer your licence and provide support.
Support requests
If you email us, we use your message and email address only to answer it, and keep them only as long as needed to do so.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@poincianaworks.com. Uninstalling Stale Work removes its gadget settings from your Jira site; Bulk Watchers holds nothing to remove.
Changes
If an app's data handling changes, we will update this page and the date above before the change takes effect.
